RWA Vault
FAQ
Written answers. They match the White Paper. They are not a chat and not legal advice.
+What is RWA Vault?
RWA Vault is a primary issuance protocol. A KYB-passed issuer mints a utility token against a real asset or a metered use of that asset. Settlement is designed for Arc. In this interface, a mint is a local specification until Arc has confirmed Factory bytecode and a successful deploy receipt.
It is not a broker-dealer, not an ATS, not a transfer agent, and not a qualified custodian. The Howey Converter is a design record. It is not a legal opinion and not a registration exemption.
+What is RWAV?
RWAV is the protocol utility token. One supply of 369 billion, preminted. Nothing is minted after launch. It is mint fuel, an access bond, and the native Desk pair. It is not a claim on any RWA’s cashflows, NAV, or appreciation.
Allocation: 15% dev team, unlocked. 20% liquidity, permanently locked. 25% treasury. 40% community, for grants and issuer access. There is no yield and no emissions pool.
+What does a mint cost?
1,000 RWAV buys 1 RWA token. Of that 1,000, 500 is bought and burned and 500 is permanently locked as protocol RWAV/USDC liquidity. The issuer sets the unit value and may issue as many tokens as they can buy RWAV for. There is no protocol cap on RWA supply.
Each lot also pays a non-refundable USDC platform fee to the Treasury wallet. The fee is $1,000 to $50,000. The dollar rises with notional. The rate falls. A $1,000,000 lot pays $11,500. The cap is reached at $12,400,000. Liquidity providers do not receive any of this fee.
+What liquidity is required?
At every mint the issuer posts 10% of outstanding value on RWA/USDC and 10% on RWA/RWAV. Outstanding value is units times the issuer’s unit price. Those books stay locked while any other unit is outstanding. A trade cannot print through the floor or more than 2% away from the unit value.
A passed holder of that issuer may post extra RWA/USDC above the floor and may withdraw the extra while the floor remains. The public cannot post. The only payment is the $1 USDC taker fee when that depth is hit on an official RWA/USDC fill. It is not a yield farm.
+Who receives the $1 Desk fee?
The taker of an official RWA/USDC fill pays $1 USDC. The size of the trade does not change the fee. Primary subscription, RWAV/USDC, and the RWA/RWAV access book charge nothing.
The part of the fill that crossed a liquidity bin is split among the in-range positions by the inventory they posted. The part that crossed a resting order is paid to Treasury. A position whose range does not contain the price receives nothing.
+What happens to the access bond?
The first mint of an instrument locks 10,000,000 issuer RWAV and 1,000,000 officer RWAV. No yield. The bond stays locked while any other unit is outstanding.
A clean unwind returns the whole bond to the issuer Desk. The protocol does not sell it and does not pay it to liquidity providers. The issuer may sell it. Officer forfeiture and issuer suspension burn the bond. Freeze does not.
+What does unwind return?
Unwind is refused, and the refusal names the item, while issuer inventory, a holder unit, an open order, or extra liquidity remains. Extra goes back to the wallet that posted it.
When only the issuer’s locked books remain, unsold RWA still in those books is burned. The USDC and the RWAV in the books return to the issuer Desk. Then the bond returns. The platform fee, the 1,000 RWAV per token, and the protocol liquidity do not come back.
+Why is reserved capacity required?
A GPU-hour, a robot-hour, a kilowatt-hour, a flight hour, a slot, bandwidth, storage, sensor data, mobility, and a telemedicine credit are metered. The issuer names the meter and the units in service or under contract.
The Factory will not mint past that number. There is still no protocol-wide cap. The cap is the issuer’s own capacity schedule. An unmetered story is refused.
+What is required to redeem?
Redeem burns the holder’s units against the utility catalog. It does not return the RWAV or the platform fee.
The issuer opens a delivery with a label and a quantity. The custodian, on a separate seat, uploads the meter file. The browser computes the SHA-256. Nobody types a hash. The holder then burns units against that filed delivery, up to the quantity on it. The issuer cannot upload the file. Issuer burn of unsold inventory does not use it.
+Is this settled on Arc?
Arc mainnet is chain 5042. Gas is USDC. This interface reads Factory, RWAV, and RWA bytecode and the deploy receipt from Arc. Until that read succeeds, the register is local and is labeled local.
A pasted address or a pasted hash is not a deployment. Read Arc on the Adoption page. An atomic mint is still refused until that Factory exposes the pinned mint method and a wallet receipt returns success. This screen will not invent a receipt.
+Is the Trade Desk a market?
No. The Desk is a local book. Allowlist, freeze, and the $1 are interface gates. They are not an ATS, a transfer agent, or a qualified custodian. A fill does not settle on Arc unless a wallet transaction is signed separately.
Primary subscription clears at the issuer’s unit value and is written to the register. It does not set the secondary price.
+Wallet or office login?
Holders, liquidity providers, and the Desk use a wallet. The issuer office is a separate sealed session. Submit, mint, and wallet rotation require that session. Mint and rotation ask for the authenticator again.
Recovery replaces the office passphrase. It does not move a token. Idle timeout is 15 minutes. The absolute session is 8 hours.
+What is the Vault rating?
Each instrument is scored from AAA+ through BBB, or NR when a hard cap applies. The scale is internal. It is not an S&P, Moody’s, or Fitch rating.
The Rating Syndicate is a USDC book. It calls capital only into names that clear the mandate and the rating floor. It is not paid in RWAV.
+What does Zero-Proof hide?
Personal fields are sealed. The proofs a reader can check are issuer review, officer authority, holder allowlist, and a custody valuation inside 90 days. Tax identifiers, addresses, and legal names stay off the asset page.
This is a Schnorr proof, not a deployed Groth16 verifier. The public book and the LEI stay public.
+Who operates this interface?
The intended operator is RWA Vault LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It is not yet formed. The EIN and Wyoming registered-agent address are not on this page. They will be stated when they exist. The developer is the Operating Manager. XRP Vault is a separate operation and is not part of this company.
Absence of those details does not make Circle, Arc, TradingView, MetaMask, or xAI the operator. Counsel, title, and insurance on an RWA remain the issuer’s documents. The market record stores their hashes. It does not issue the opinion.
+What does the issuer still have to bring?
A classification opinion, a title opinion, insurance, a custody agreement, and a valuation inside 90 days. Those files are hashed into the market record before mint. The protocol does not perfect title and does not bind a custodian.
If the token is a share of profit, rent, or a residual claim, it is not this mint. That is a different instrument and usually a securities analysis.
The long form is the White Paper. Arc status is on Adoption.
