Device records
Issuer KYB, custody, holders, Factory specifications, and Desk books live in this browser. The AML notice tells institutions that need a retention file to export a copy. This download is a JSON snapshot of those local keys — not a server archive and not a regulatory filing.
Notices
Public notices, copyright claims under 17 U.S.C. § 512, vulnerability reports, and accessibility issues are described in Notices & Contact. Do not include seed phrases or live private keys.
Governing law: State of Colorado, United States, as set out in the Terms of Use. Saber Vault is independent of Circle, Arc Network, and Robinhood. Program Review is not CIP and not OFAC screening — see the AML & Sanctions notice. The Tokenomics is the SBRV constitution in this interface: 1,000 SBRV = 1 RWA; 50% buy & burned / 50% permanently locked as liquidity; issuer-set value; no RWA supply cap; $1,000–$50,000 USDC platform fee to the developer wallet (non-refundable); bonds locked while the RWA is live.
