Version 2.2 · Last updated 11 September 2026 · Saber Vault

1. Saber Vault materials

The Saber Vault name, sword-and-shield lockup, interface, Converter methodology as expressed in software, original text of the White Paper and Legal Documents, and associated graphics are owned by Operator or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

“SBRV” is the ticker used in the Service for the protocol utility token. No rights are granted to mint SBRV on a public network except as Operator may later deploy.

2. Limited permission

You may display the lockup and name to identify the Service accurately (for example, “assessed using Saber Vault Howey Converter”). You may not use the marks to imply endorsement of an offering, to register confusingly similar marks, or on merchandise without consent.

3. Third-party marks

Robinhood® and related marks are trademarks of Robinhood Markets, Inc. or affiliates. Arc and Circle marks are trademarks of their respective owners. PulseChain and PLS are marks of their respective owners. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. MetaMask is a trademark of its owner. USDC is a mark of Circle Internet Financial. Ethereum and other protocol names are used descriptively.

No license to those marks is granted. Their appearance identifies Networks, quote assets, wallets, or widgets only.

4. Your marks and data

You retain rights in issuer names and asset descriptions you enter. You grant the limited processing license in the Terms. Do not upload content that infringes others’ IP.

5. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes copyright, send a notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) via the Legal index notice channel. Operator may remove alleged infringing material in this interface where it controls that material.
