1. Consent to electronic records
By using the Service you consent to receive the Legal Documents, product notices, freeze flags, and Program Review results electronically — by display in the interface and by storage in your browser. Operator does not currently send email, SMS, or paper notices.
The first-visit banner records this electronic-records consent in saber_consent.eSign together with the Legal Documents version. That click is the agreement action for this notice. Typed officer names in the Converter remain interface controls, not cryptographic signatures (see Section 2).
This consent is intended to satisfy the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN), 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq., and the Colorado Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, C.R.S. § 24-71.3-101 et seq., to the extent those statutes apply to a browser-only interface.
2. What is not an electronic signature
The Converter’s officer authorization records a rostered officer identifier, a timestamp, and checkboxes. That is an interface control for Factory mint gating. It is not, by itself: (a) a wet-ink officer certificate; (b) a PKI or wallet signature; (c) a notarization; (d) an SEC EDGAR filing; or (e) an investor subscription agreement.
Issuer KYB attestations, custody packet attestations, and holder packets are likewise local records. Do not present them to a regulator, transfer agent, or counterparty as executed legal instruments unless your counsel has wrapped them in a separate, valid agreement.
3. Hardware and software requirements
You need a current browser, the ability to display HTML, and enough local storage to hold the Legal Documents’ acknowledgment (saber_consent) and any Converter or Desk records you choose to keep. If you cannot meet those requirements, do not use the Service.
4. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw electronic-communications consent by stopping use of the Service and clearing site data. Operator cannot currently deliver paper copies. Withdrawal does not void prior use or prior local records on your device.
5. When a notice is given
A Legal Document is given when it is posted at its /legal URL with an updated “Last updated” date. Converter, freeze, and Program Review messages are given when displayed in the interface. You are responsible for reviewing the Legal index before relying on a mint specification.
