How to send legal, copyright, and vulnerability notices while no statutory agent mailbox is designated.

Version 2.2 · Last updated 11 September 2026 · Saber Vault

1. Notice channel

Until Operator publishes a statutory agent, registered office, and inbound mailbox in a later version of this document, public legal notices concerning the Service are posted on this page and on the Legal index. There is no Operator-hosted support inbox in this build, and the interface does not collect a message form.

Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or unredacted beneficial-owner packets through any third-party channel claiming to be Saber Vault support.

3. Vulnerability reports

Describe the issue, the URL or component (Converter, Desk, KYB, custody, holder allowlist, legal renderer), and steps to reproduce. Do not include exploits against third-party wallets or Networks. Operator may patch without a bounty and without public credit. See the Security Policy.

4. Accessibility

Operator intends the Service to be usable with keyboard navigation and a screen reader for core reading tasks (White Paper and Legal Documents). The Trade Desk, Converter wizard, and charts are dense institutional tools and may not meet WCAG 2.2 AA in this version. If a legal document is not perceivable, that is a defect to report under Section 3 — not a waiver of the Terms.

5. Operator identity

“Operator” means the person or entity that publishes this interface under the Saber Vault name. A formal entity name, EIN, and Colorado registered-agent address will be stated here when designated. Absence of those details does not make Circle, Arc Network, Robinhood, PulseChain, TradingView, MetaMask, Google, or xAI the Operator.

Governing law and venue remain as stated in the Terms of Use (State of Colorado; Denver courts), except where federal securities or commodities law controls.
