1. Lawful use only
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with the Terms. You are responsible for your compliance program.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not: (a) use the Converter to design or market an offering you know or should know is an unregistered security without an available exemption; (b) represent that a residual-risk score, wrapper, or memorandum is an SEC, state, or counsel approval; (c) manipulate displayed books, spoof, or layer in any context where the Desk is connected to live markets; (d) interfere with others’ access, probe the Service except as authorized in the Security Policy, or introduce malware; (e) impersonate Operator, Circle, Arc, Robinhood, PulseChain, or a regulator; (f) use the Service if you are a sanctioned person or for the benefit of one; (g) paste stolen keys, exploit wallets, or attempt to drain assets; (h) scrape the Service in bulk to train competing models without consent; (i) enter real personal data of individuals who have not authorized that processing; (j) represent that selecting a settlement network in this interface is an on-chain mainnet mint or a TGE.
3. RWA-specific misuse
You must not tokenize assets you do not have authority to represent; ignore encumbrances, ERISA, healthcare-privacy, or export rules applicable to the underlying; list an RWA in the native-token section; cause a Factory mint specification to be recorded without a KYB-passed issuer of record, attested custody, operational utility catalog, and allowlist policy; or use the holder allowlist as a substitute for a licensed CIP/KYC vendor. Native tokens (USDC, SBRV) and RWA instruments must remain separate.
4. Enforcement
Operator may deny access, delete public-facing material, or refer conduct to authorities. Local-only records on your device are yours to delete. Breach of this Policy is a breach of the Terms.
